This collection highlights selected mechanical components, assemblies, prototypes, and design iterations developed through academic, professional, and independent work. Each design demonstrates a different part of the engineering process, including problem definition, dimensional planning, CAD modeling, material selection, manufacturing, testing, and refinement.
The purpose of this collection is to show not only finished models, but also how each design changed in response to physical constraints, manufacturability, usability, and testing results. Projects may include replacement machine parts, brackets, enclosures, threaded components, prototype assemblies, and engineering drawings.
